Our freight forwarding activities consists of strategic logistics planning and execution for the international as well as national movement of goods, on behalf of shippers more specifically we help carry out freight rate negotiations, provide container tracking, undertake customs documentation and freight consolidation, among other tasks. We even help in planning and coordinating of the movement of commodities across international borders, on behalf of shippers and also perform critical activities such as supplying cargo insurance, and customs brokerage.

Brief Description of our Activities Includes

Shipment Tracking

We have our own tracking system that provides visibility throughout and each stage of a shipment. However, many times our customers provide their own tracking system to use, or at times even third-party tracking system.

Customs Brokerage

We have close relationships with freight forwarders who collaborate with us to provide services such as creating, managing and submitting documentation necessary to complete importing/exporting processes.

Negotiating with Carriers

We have very close relationship with many international and national carriers and help our customers with very cost-efficient shipping rates. Our integrated logistics solution combines all costs into one and thus enable our customers to mitigate risks related to transportation in relation to cargo type, time flexibility, credit status, space/tonnage requirements, and more.

Cargo Space Scheduling

We help customers with coordination and scheduling of cargo space and help them plan optimum scheduling. We help determine the choice of shipment (consolidated or otherwise), ensure timely sailing (irrespective whether single or intermodal shipping)

Supplying Cargo Insurance

We work with many cargo insurance companies and our working knowledge ensure we design the best and most suited freight insurance policy for our customer.
