Our transportation and routing solution begin with intense and collaborative discussion with our clients where several key requirements are discussed. For example, does parcel require cold chain, does it require special handling, is the pick-up time fixed, is delivery to be made on or before a specific date, day and/or time, how easy or difficult is the terrain for pick-up and or delivery, how easy and accessible is the pick/delivery point, is there train or bus option, if so their frequency, what is the last call or flight out of the nearest city, does pick-up or delivery require special transportation.

On time pick up is the first and most critical to ensure timely delivery. Most temperature-controlled shipments require express delivery within 24 or max 48 hours. Working on such tight timelines become non trivial if the pick-up is away from the city, sometimes over 100 to 200 kilometers, and closest airport another 100 kilometer in the opposite direction. Problems compound when road conditions are poor and rail connections few to almost none. Timely pick up so it can be delivered at the right time at airport and not miss connections requires careful route planning and time management. Keeping track of time and keeping multi-mode transport and route options is key to successful pick and airport delivery. Our door-to-door service include all products both in frozen (-80°C) and chilled (2 to 8°C) to ambient (8 to 25°C) categories. We are well positioned to provide pan India door-to-door service in over 400 locations. Many of our customers want us to manage reverse logistics of their unused products, medicines, or even special boxes and cartons from their customer. Special boxes are ones which transport temperature-controlled medicines, drugs and medical devices, also nuclear medicines.
